Omega 3 Fatty Acids – You can find these in oily fish, such as Mackerel or Salmon. They contain niacin and other ingredients that are necessary for mental strength and considered “brain food”.
Peppermint – Necessary when completing tedious tasks. Can be ingested in tea (Peppermint Tea).
Trail Mix- Good for the whole body, including your brain because it is high in supplements and nutrients, such as magnesium, iron, and potassium. It will rid you of that “sluggish” feeling.
Coffee – One 8 oz. cup of coffee has been shown to increase the short term memory give a boost of energy.
Blueberries – For the long term memory and cognitive functions, because they are high in antioxidants.

I eat plenty of salmon, but will increase the peppermint and blueberry. Not sure about coffee though, but I might try tea.
