Finding your passion or even re-kindling your passion can feel fleeting. Even for me, right now I can say I’m feeling “all over the place” and its affecting my energies. But finding what you are passionate about is a process.
1. Think About It
What are some things that pique your interests? Some things you would just love to do, but never had the time, resources, etc. If you had no limit, what would you do? Nothing is too big or small, and there are no limits.
2. Explore The New and Old
What are some things you enjoyed doing as a little kid? Think about some happy times, what did you do then….what interested you then? Explore these thoughts and begin exploring the world around you. Go places you always wanted to go in the community or abroad. Make sure you are “there” to sense and feel everything around you. When you are working on what you are passionate about you will be able to go back to these memories and they will fuel your creativity.
3. Be Creative
Passion is a friend of creativity because we are naturally creative beings. Your passion will naturally inspire you to create!
